We set out with a mission to offer everyone high-quality, delicious and affordable meals in places where they can feel good, opening our first Tavuk Dünyası restaurant in Istanbul in February 2012. Our chicken is marinated for 12–14 hours in signature sauces and carefully selected spices, then prepared in individual pans to create a unique dining experience that has received the Superior Taste Award from the International Taste Institute.

Named “Turkey's Most Loved Chicken Restaurant Chain” in Ipsos research and a pioneer of the fast-casual restaurant experience in Turkey, Tavuk Dünyası now serves its chicken-focused menus at more than 330 restaurants across 59 cities in Turkey and at its locations in Northern Cyprus.

With our high-standard production centre in Ankara, strong restaurant operations management system, extensive distribution network and franchise model, we are proud to be one of the leading restaurant chains in Turkey's food and beverage industry. Our growth and institutional development gained significant momentum in 2015 with an investment from Global Restaurant Investments S.A.R.L., one of Turkey's leading private equity funds.
