Under DeFacto Technology, a team of more than 300 software developers builds the infrastructure for omnichannel technologies. Responding to consumer needs and expectations, the brand has introduced DeFacto Kids, DeFacto COOOOL, DeFacto LIFE, DeFacto FitTech and Fall in Love to customers around the world.

DeFacto is a participant in the UN Global Compact, a signatory to both the UN Global Compact and the UN Women's Empowerment Principles, and a member of the Better Cotton Initiative, firmly fulfilling its social and environmental commitments.

In 2024, DeFacto transformed the sustainability report it had published for a decade into its first Integrated Report. A sector leader in water efficiency and wastewater management throughout production, starting at the design stage, it also became one of the pioneering brands to sign the CEO Water Mandate, an initiative of the UN Global Compact.
